There is a lot more to Valhalla restaurant than serving the "Best Breakfast in Waterford". Although it's the most important meal of the day, breakfast is just one of the great meal experiences we offer in Valhalla restaurant.

We open for lunch daily from 12.30pm to 2.00pm for a table d'hôte service. Ideal for days when you don't have to rush back to the office in the afternoon or indeed as a great way to meet clients and mix business with pleasure.

We serve both a la carte and table d'hôte menus each evening and our head chef Suzy Ryan is passionate about the quality of her locally sourced produce.

Our menu offers a Mediterranean twist on traditional Irish ingredients and dishes and we compliment our food offering with a superb wine list of recognisable wines from the new world. It's our way of providing fusion.
